Bunnies, eggs, flowers...

The Easter is getting closer and it's time to make some Easter cards for my family and friends.

This bunny is so cute that I just had to use it...it's digital and I coloured it with my penciles + waterbrush. Also I used some greenish/flowerish cardstock, an old piece of ribbon and a purple coaster...yes you read correctly, a paper coaster.




I saw that I can enter this card into a several challenges:
1. A spoon full of sugar (Recycle)....an old piece of ribbon and a purple coaster
2. A cute card Thursday (Celebrations)....celebrating Easter time
3. A Friday sketch
4. Stamp with fun (Spring)....Easter is in spring. :-)




This one is for a baby...I have no idea for which one, because a lot od my friends are expecting...
But I think it's so cute...

Easter meets Just Magnolia Challenge

This week I discovered a new "thing"...Faber Castel colour pencils...I just love it! I can then smooth the coloured piece with water and it looks great!

This Tilda is coloured with the Faber Castellcolour pencils and this card is for the Just magnolia challenge No. 45. They wanted the tent card with a Magnolia image. I did Easter motive, with easter eggs, butterflies, chicken and of courseTilda. I decorated the inside of the card with rafia.

Besides making cards I just love to create...and among other technics I enyoj making jewellery out of wire, beads, Swarowski beads and other embelishments.

Simon Says ... Mother's Day/ Girly

Have you check out this week's Simon Says challenge? It's all about girls incl. moms. :-)

I think this card is as girly it can gets...pink, gliter, ribbon...just cute!

Cards for men Challenge

At the Cards for men blog they have a challenge with three demands:
1. it has to be a card for a man or a boy
2. paper piecing is the theme
3. it has to be a new card.

The prize for this challenge is 5 digi images from The Stamping Boutique.
The challenge is open until midnight GMT on the 14th March 2010.
I keep my fingers crossed. :-)

Since we are all in our family mad about bikes, I thought this would be the perfect theme for a card. I haven't done any paper piecing so tutorials on the blog were helpful, although I later remembered that I haven't done the shadings with distress inks....next time. :-) Anyhow I like it!
